Frequently asked questions

How do I book?

If you fill out our contact form with your requirements, we will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a booking. Please note that we have to undertake certain assessments before we come to site. This is to ensure we are able to conduct work in that area.

Whats the highest altitude you can go?

120m (400ft)

What resolution do you shoot in?

We currently have drones that shoot 4K and 2.7K. We can also shoot hyperlapes in 8K.

What type of operational authorisation do you have?

We currently have an A2 Certificate of Competency.

What assessments do you undertake?

Before every job, we undertake a Pre-Site Survey, On-Site Survey, Risk Assessment. Each Assessment will be shown to the cleint so they are aware of what we have produced.

What drone make do you use?

We currently use DJI drones.

How long can our drones stay in the air?

Our current drones have flight times of 30-34 minutes. On every job we carry 3 batteries for each drone we use, to ensure we have enough flight time to capture the best shots. Flight times can vary due to weather conditions such as wind. This is because the drone will have to use more power to stay in the air.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. We have insurance with Coverdrone who specialise in drone insurance.
